Refunds and Returns Policy

At Dyna Products, we take pride in the quality and performance of our FormSkinâ„¢ products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a fault or issue. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable, except where faulty or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with photos if possible. We may request the product be returned for inspection or offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, particularly for commercial or trade customers. Please choose carefully and contact us prior to ordering if you need assistance with product specifications or suitability.

Return Process
To arrange a return, contact us.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Returned goods must be received and inspected before any refund or replacement is issued.

Refund Timeframes
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
